Azerbaijan records 54 daily coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan records 54 daily coronavirus cases

Azerbaijan has detected 54 new COVID-19 cases, and 79 patients have recovered in the country in the last 24 hours, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az on Thursday.

Up until now, 822,805 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country, 812,486 of them have recovered, and 9,935 people have died. Currently, 384 people are under treatment in special hospitals.

Over the past day, 2,984 COVID-19 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan, bringing the total number of tests to 7,299,324.
